Golden Rest Day

Rest day in Golden. Very scenic town at the junctures of the Kicking Horse and Columbia Rivers. Rest day stuff, taking it easy, updating web pages (but no free place to upload them from) and doing laundry. I do use the rest days to do just that, take care of the necessities and just rest, read a book and let the muscles relax. I did get on the bike this time because I was able to get things in town done a lot quicker using it.
Campground is along the Kicking Horse River, these two shots are from the edge of the campground.
Stephan took a picture of me eating the Awesome Burger while the group was watching the Tour du France at a pub near the campground.
