The pain has stopped today but still riding with a tender backside and not much appetite. Nicole took us on a lovely tour through Montreal since she had lived here for 16 months. At lunch my appetite was good, the meal was excellent, and I did not over indulge but after a half hour my stomach started to rebel a little but not as bad as yesterday. Really started to lag in the last 25kms due to lack of energy and a crossing headwind. Bannanas and cookies with some plain chips for dinner again.
