I believe I ate something that did not agree with me. Ended up riding with a very sore stomach and sitting on a sore butt. Had a hard time eating as everytime I ate something, my stomach just became more upset. Made the ride very tiring but I did not take a lot of breaks and just kept on peddling at my steady pace to arrive at camp and relax. This journal is two days late just due to the fact I was so tired. Dinner was bannanas and some light snacks. Road conditions in Quebec have been some of the worst yet. Narrow busy roads with no shoulder and full of broken pavement and potholes. There are notices that we are on a scenic route and if you are in a hurry, vehicles should take the highway.
New province today, sign was in middle of bridge over the Ottawa River, with Barry capturing me with his camera.
Crossing the Ottawa River again, this time by ferry and it has become Quebec on the east side as well just north of here. Toma, Leigh, Melissa and Jim
