The psychological part of the ride hit hard today. Around the 70km mark, started to have a lag in energy and there just seemed to be no end to this same landscape we were going through. See a grain elevator in the distance, know it is about 15kms to get to it, pass the small town and look for the next grain elevator. This did become less as I got closer to Regina and the drop into the Qu'Apelle river valley was a nice change of scenery, too bad I was not in a picture taking mood at the time. Did cook duty tonight and had the energy for that so could not have been all that bad.
